  • Working on JBL Social Media channels - predominantly on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok

  • Projects include Always On content management/development in 11+ EU markets (Sprout and Airtable, social coverage of live events and new product launches, paid ad preview management, social strategy development and social media reporting (using Sprout Social CMS)

Key Achievements

  • Set up and ran a YouTube Shorts Pilot for EMEA, which saw an uplift of 60% in engagements on the channel for the duration of the pilot

  • Delivered social media proposals that integrated creative and paid functions into client plans

  • Community management, channel monitoring and social media reporting using native channel insights and social listening tools

  • Developed social content: social calendars, copywriting, content sourcing and curation

  • Managed projects: allocated time, agency resources and costed activities

  • Increase in organic impressions (14%), total engagement (9%) and +55% boost in video views on Syensqo LinkedIn page in Q1

  • Delivering the always on social media campaign for CEO for One Month programme for The Adecco
